Welcome to the Geuder/Geuter/Geuther family circle! Our genealogy group is the first concerted effort to research the history and ancestry of our uncommon family name. We are a non-profit organisation, founded in 2005 in Germany, with members in Germany, Netherlands, England, New Zealand, and the United States. We invite all Geuder-Geuter-Geuther descendants to explore with us our roots and history.

Our Mission

• to further the communication and the exchange between members
• to enhance the understanding of our larger family name group that may also include Geider, Guider, Guither, Gooder and Goyder in the United States and Germany

• DNA Project shows the value of DNA testing for genealogical purposes and the preliminary result of several members

• Recently, we have begun a Geuder/Geuther DNA surname project to shed some light on the relationship between our various branches, see DNA Project
