Welcome to the Geuder/Geuter/Geuther family circle! Our genealogy group is the first concerted effort to research the history and ancestry of our uncommon family name. We are a non-profit organisation, founded in 2005 in Germany, with members in Germany, Netherlands, England, New Zealand, and the United States. We invite all Geuder-Geuter-Geuther descendants to explore with us our roots and history.

Our MISSION

• To collect all Geuder/Geuter/Geuther family trees
  to explore the origin of a common ancestor
  to further the communication and the exchange between members
  to enhance the understanding of our larger family name group that may also include Geider, Guider, Guither, Gooder and Goyder in the United States and Germany
to find the "missing links" between all branches

• Our DNA surname project is still going on. Right now, we are looking for Geuder participants to compare the Geuther and Geuder DNA. Let me know, if you would like to join this project.  DNA Project

• Our "Family Echo" is looking always looking for story contributions. The 2010 edition was just published. Articles for the 2011 edition should be submitted by July 2010 for the printing and distribution of the booklet by the end of 2011.
